Jewish Population Study of Greater Saint Paul, 1993

Sponsor(s): United Jewish Fund and Council

Principal Investigator(s): Gary A Tobin, Gabriel Berger

Study Dates: April, 1992

Sample: Adult Jewish Households in Greater St. Paul

Sample Size: 301

Sample Notes: The data were gathered from 301 individuals in households with one or more Jewish individuals via a telephone interview survey. It is estimated in the published report that there are about 11,100 people living in 4,700 Jewish households. The sampling universe included Jewish households located in Greater St. Paul. The sampling procedure was a combination of an unduplicated phone list of Jews identified by the United Jewish Fund and Council and a list of phone numbers listed under distinctive Jewish names extracted from the phone book.
Study Notes: The data are weighted to compensate for differential sampling based on methodology.
