Berman Jewish DataBank announces oversight committee

The Berman Jewish DataBank is very pleased to announce that it has appointed an oversight committee of Jewish communal professionals, researchers and volunteer leaders to help guide the DataBank’s operations.
Scott Shay, Chairman of Signature Bank and the chair of the Jewish Community Study of New York 2011, will serve as chair of the new DataBank committee.

Jennifer Rosenberg, UJA-Federation of New York
Erika Rudin-Luria, Jewish Federation of Cleveland
Ira Sheskin, University of Miami
Larry Sternberg, Brandeis University
Jack Ukeles, Jewish Policy and Action Research

The committee will help ensure the DataBank’s mission is implemented, develop guidelines and standards for the DataBank’s operations, recommend priority areas for DataBank activity, and report annually to the JFNA Board of Trustees.
